News, inspiration and exhibition

It’s been a while since my last newsletter, and its lovely to be writing to you again.
I had the pleasure of launching my new body of work, “Shared horizons” with Gallows gallery in Perth, Western Australia last week at a special preview soiree. It was a beautiful night filled with art, conversation and wonderful support for the work. I’m thrilled to share that many of the paintings have already found new homes but there are several works still available and they can be viewed on my website. I’d love for you to explore the collection and see what resonates with you.
This new body of work explores moments of connection shaped by coastal life in Western Australia – between people and their pets and to the natural world. The figures in these works exist within a landscape defined by vast skies, intense light and long horizons, where daily life is inseparable from the natural world. Animals are not accessories to the human figure but companions and witnesses, grounding the work in tenderness, loyalty and mutual recognition.

At 200 x 200cm, “Reverie,” (SOLD) commands a presence and is certainly a statement piece. I’m excited to share that I’m working on two more canvasses of this size and these works will be available soon.
If you’re looking for a work of art for a particular space in your home or workplace, I also welcome commission enquiries. I’m always happy to discuss ideas and create something tailored specifically for your space. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like to explore the possibilities for a particular spot in your home or workspace.
